Store Policies
Methods of Payment:
Cash

Gift Certificates:
Available in any amount above $25. Good for one year from date of purchase.
Returns:
We will gladly receive return merchandise in original condition for exchange only, within 15 days of purchase.
If an item is found to be defective and returned within 30 days we will offer a full refund by check or exchange for merchandise.
Gift packing:
We offer gift packaging or boxing and will gift wrap if we have time and can gift wrap shipped items.
Shipping:
We offer packing and UPS shipping at a nominal fee for purchased merchandise. Shipments will be insured. If an item is damaged in shipping, please notify us immediately so we can let UPS know; save the damaged item and packaging materials for UPS pickup. We will gladly replace the item if we can or offer a refund We use clean recycled shipping materials when we can.
Special Orders and Commissions
Many of our artists entertain special orders and commissions, so ask us if you are looking for something you don't see. Several artists offer portfolios so that a full range of their work can be viewed. Also, we try to link all of our artists who have their own websites for the same reason. We will be happy to help you communicate with an artist or to help locate a special item. We know many more artists than we can represent in the gallery and just might know someone who makes what you are looking for.
If you do commission an artist to make a special piece for you, payment is commonly expected at the time of order. We will do our best to keep you informed about details such as timing. No refunds or exhanges will be made on any custom orders.
Online Order Policies
Your online order is communicated to us via email which we try to check every day or so. We will acknowledge your order via email and let you know when to expect your shipment.
Payment:
Your order will be processed through PayPal. You can register with them or just use your credit card without registering.
We do not keep credit card info on file. If you are more comfortable calling the gallery and purchasing an item over the phone with your credit card, you may. All one-of-a-kind items are kept in the gallery sales area, so our staff can answer specific questions about any items.
Order Shipment:
In most cases we will ship within 4 days of your order sending it by UPS in most cases. We insure every shipment; please let us know right away if an item was damaged in shipment.
Returns:
Since you are purchasing art or fine craft items from pictures on the web we want you happy with your choice and offer return for exchange or refund (less shipping costs) within 15 days of receiving.

Art Submissions:
We represent high quality fine crafts and art in most mediums from the Southeast region. If you are interested in applying to have work exhibited in the gallery, please visit first to see what kind of work we like to represent. If you still think we might be interested contact David via email with a few images or set up an appointment with him. Please don't show up with artwork without an appointment, as customers always come first and therefore we may not be available.
